1. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom including NI, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, but not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. Purchase and internet access required. Northern Ireland no purchase necessary – please see clause 2.12.
2. How to enter
   1. To enter the promotion, you must purchase a promotional pack of 10 x 275ml WKD Blue or WKD Mixed, 12 x 275ml WKD Blue or 4 x 275ml WKD Blue Priced Marked Pack featuring a unique code between 27th May 2021 and 10th October 2021, retaining your original itemised till receipt as proof of purchase from participating retailers. Each separate entry requires a unique code.
   2. Visit www.wkd-competitions.co.uk and enter your unique code and personal details to find out instantly if you are a winner. Your unique code can be found on the inside of your pack.
   3. Closing date for entries 23:59:59 on 10th October 2021.
   4. Unique codes featured on promotional packs can only be used once. Only valid unique promotional codes will be accepted. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
   5. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please contact us at info@wkd.co.uk with an image of your packaging to obtain a new code.
   6. Those who try and circumvent the code entry process and/or entry instructions by any method will be disqualified and any prizes awarded will be void.
   7. Any third-party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
   8. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
   9. Entrants must submit all entries into this promotion in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means.
   10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries.
   11. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending of your online entry.
   12. Northern Ireland: No purchase required. For an equal chance to win a prize, residents of Northern Ireland are required to send your full name, postal address in NI and email address to WKD/Love Island (7150), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR to arrive by 10th October 2021. Late entries will be disqualified. One entry per envelope, per person, per email address per day and a maximum of four (4) over the whole promotion. An entry will be made on behalf of the NI entrant into the Promotion. No purchase necessary entries will have a fair and equal chance of winning. Winners only will be notified.
3. Prizes

   3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
   4. All images of prizes used on promotional packs and in all communication are a representation supplied for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
4. Notifying winners
   1. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen whether or not you have won a prize.
   2. If you are a winner, you will receive an email within 14 days confirming your win and informing you which prize you have won.
   3. If you have won a Love Island product, the email will contain a unique basket code which you will use to order your prize (free of charge, including free delivery) from the Official Love Island shop website www.loveislandshop.co.uk
      The unique basket code will enable a winner to order their product free of charge including free delivery, but if any additional products are added to their basket to checkout and their order now totals between £0.01 - £29.99 they will be charged the delivery fee.
   4. The order that a winner places for an Official Love Island product will be under the standard terms and conditions of the Love Island shop website (managed by Show Stores which is a trading name of Monterosa Productions Limited) where full terms of use, privacy policy, returns policy and delivery details are displayed.
   5. If you have won a WKD/Love Island branded item or a WKD coupon your prize will be posted out to you within 28 days of receipt of your address details.
   6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid email address and also to check junk mail / spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email is missed / not read because it was in their junk folder.
   7. ITV is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the fulfilment of any prizes. This is the responsibility of the Promotor (see terms 4.3 and 4.4 for details relating to official Love Island products which include the Cabin Suitcase, Water Bottle and Phone case).
5. General
   1. There are 19,840 instant win prizes and the total promotional pack universe is 653,021. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant's chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 653,021 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent on participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
   2. Each Winner will be required to confirm if their details can be used in publication of a Winners Lists. Any Winner opting to have their details removed or minimised will not be displayed in the Winners List made available to the public on request. All Winners details are retained by the Promoter for prize validation and verification.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to use prize winners’ information in any marketing and publicity materials which they may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will participate in any publicity or other promotional activities as they may reasonably request without any further recompense.
   4. The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to WKD/Love Island (7150), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date.

   6. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
   7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
   8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
   9. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
   10. English law will settle any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
   11. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
